N-deal does not prohibit testing: Kakodkar

Is Mr. Kakodkar suggesting that the 123 agreement over-rides the Hyde Act ? One cannot read the agreement without reference to the provisions of the Hyde Act. Mr. Kakodkar should not risk his credentials by talking loosely about foreign legislation and international agreements, interpretation of which which is not a scientist's domain.

Forget about the agreements and rules... Today USA is changing all the rules for India. USA is a country which bends all the rules to suite itself. On one hand they talk about UN but when it came to attacking Iraq, UN decission was thrown out of window. So lets forget agreements and rules... USA will never abide by any rules. Take what we are getting now and make most use of it.
