should we not do it even to do research in Nuclear fields. HOw can US say this.Tommorrow it says stop space tests. are we going to listen. then next should not import any item from other countries but only from US should we listen. If we are listening to allthese we will move into slavery of US within a period of 100 years after getting independence from british. shame on indian parliament members and bureacrats

Yes. We should listen to USA. Tell me why we should not? Do You know PAndit Nehru Begged John F Kennedy to send Supersonic jets with Pilots when we were engaging chienese in Himalayas. How can beggers be choosers? Come down to ground realities. Any small Little Dawood Ibrahim can crack RDX at its will in India.

Us now needs India as a condom against China, after all now Pakistan is a failed state. The nuclear deal is farce, forget about now the 1st Nuke power plant won't even be operational in another 10 years.
Nuke power plants are way to expensive to construct, with our requirements of cheap power they will never break even.
The problem is we will have 1 more sick PSU to sell off. However, there will be no takers for this type of loss making enterprise.
