If not, JD-S will have to pay.
by Teesmar Khan on Aug 17, 2007 04:53 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

If JD-S fails or refuses to hand over Karnataka govt to BJP, it will have to reply in the court of public in next elections, which are not very far. On the other hand, if BJP gets Karnataka, they will have to reply the same. In any case Congress may gain there, because people of Karnataka are same fools as of U.P.

Dear Mr.Khan,

If you trace the history of Mr.Gowda, you will notice that he ditched his friends and alliance partners depending upon the circumstances and the need. First he ditched Mr.Ramakrishna Hegde, then Mr.Bommai, then Congress, and now he has partnered with BJP to be in power. Now the time has arrived to handover power to BJP. We need to wait and watch whether he will handover power smoothly to BJP or not. He might talk to Congress, ditch BJP for now, to be in power again. One shd be very careful in dealing or before trusting Mr.Gowda and his sons, because histroy proved that they are chameleons. After all these, before elections, he will campaign that he is only a poor farmer of Karnataka, and people will also buy his story/natak and give him some seats with which he will again start bargaining with major parties and behave like a king maker!

With best wishes,

Srinivasan.

You are very right Mr. Iyer. Gowda is probably one of the most selfish and opportunistic politician in the country. He has only himself and his family in mind all the time... He will do anything to grab power... In fact he is the sole obstacle in th development of Karnataka and especially Bangalore which is reeling under unprecedented growth and infrastructure woes.. He is not allowing Metro, BMIC projects to progress - giving reasons that they are anti-poor projects, while his grand sons are roaming in Expensive imported cars!!
