N-Deal needs more analysis

1) Learned representatives from Congress, Left, NDA, UNPA etc should study the deal & understand them point by point.
2) Have a panel with legal experts & eminent Scientist (like Dr Kalam) to analyze the deal.
3) Get the pro & cons of the deal.
4) Finally come to a conclusion on benefits of the deal. If beneficial then go ahead. If not, withdraw from making the deal.

Currently, the only concern for India is conducting N-Test. US says that it will cancel the deal if we conduct N-Test.
Now, ask yourself this question.....Why do we need to conduct N-Test in future?
Answer is threat from our neighbours Pak & China. We cannot neglect this threat.
How are we going to mitigage this threat?
Our PM, MMS should talk with US on this threat.
Two options should be placed before US.

1) Will US help India in fighting our neighbours if they pose a threat to us.
Or
2) If India conducts genuine N-Test then US should not withdraw from the deal.

If US agress to any of the above point, then we can add these clause with the deal & sign it.

But the question is "Will US agree to those 2 options"?
I dont think so..They cant act against Pak as they need Pak's help to catch Osama. They cant act against China too as they get cheap labour from China..

Anyway, N-Deal needs more analysis

Yes absolutely it needs more analysis and debate bytheway why govt is shying away from the debate in LS or in the open platform like media? Why our scientific community is not allowed to express their concern about the deal freely? Even nobody is knowing that howmuch the final product-ie., power will cost to us?

They obviously do not want to discuss, obviously then all the murky deals and swiss bank accounts will come into picture. They want to just open the door for $200 billion US nuclear power equipment manufacturers, who have been redundant since 1997.

Even 1% of $200 billion is huge money, poor Natwar Singh he will ruing that he is not a party to this money raking deal.

As far as eating a pie is concerned, that would happen anyway, whichever deal is signed, or whichever government does that. As far as N-testing is concerned, anyway if India has to do N-test, it would most certainly be imposed with sanctions with or without deal. So I think India should go ahead with the deal because either way if they test they would not be getting the benefit, alternatively if they sign the deal they can start to get the fruits till the time it is compelled to do N-Tests.
