Fine Agreement
by Jerry Bonaventure on Aug 16, 2007 12:53 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

The gist of the matter is that noone (parliamentarians) is competent enough to understand the nuclear deal from a legal perspective.

I find that people writing here just want to shoot their mouths off to have their names on site.

This deal was agreed and negotiated by the top scientists 'the Brains' of India and I have enough confidence in our Prime Minister and the Indian experts who penned this deal with USA. As far as I can see, there is no devil in the detail as the deal is a bilateral one and leaning toward both India and the USA.

All scientists are not up to the level of Our Ex. President APJ Kalam . Most of the Scientists are present on their post due to their political power not due to their brain power. Those people who believe in brain power, will never knee down to US. Scientist are to find innovative solutions rather than kneeing to US. You may find some scientists stupid that even may not explain you properly Energy to mass conversion,
Please take your idea back.

The readers should read the Article 'India/US Flaunt what suits them' at TImes of India website to understand the legality of the deal. I was referring to Mr Kakodkar and his clique, the scientists who have agreed the text.

Top scientists rejected the deal, the deal is being solely pursued by UPA, obviously they have got a lot of kickbacks.

The chief of BARC, and several top scientists have
rejected the deal, its the UPA with its corrupt agenda which is pushing forth, and in fact lying.
