Honurable court should not have quashed the order. Everyone knows about the statement made by Mr.Murthy. It really sends a wrong signal from the judiciary especially when the question of National anathem issue is concerned.

FYI, there is a case pending in Mysore yet (as mentioned in last but one line of this article).
