1, what solution do the left (out) parties have for india's power needs?- NOTHING.
2, what will happen if the poor get power and electricity?- THEY WILL NOT VOTE FOR THE LEFT (OUT) PARTIES.
3, why do they always oppose the right steps taken by any govt?- BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO DO AND NO BRAINS TO THINK RIGHT.

A different set of answers to your questions.
1) Reduce India's power needs by keeping people poor.
2) No problem - elections can be won by systematic manipulation
3) Because their masters tell them to do so.
