They cannot afford not to be seen playing on the governance Roles in this post- NDA Ruling Elite ; even though their combined strength is only 65 .They have dominated public lime-light due to their cussed badgering on issues of Minority Rights, Secularist Vote -Banks and economic policies providing better deal to working People.They cannot commit political suicide by pulling UPA out of governance,lest ,the deteriorating terrorist situations and unemployment may wipe out what ever gains they seem to make in electoral battles outside their core bases.No doubt neo-mercantilist Manmohanomics and dependant foreign Policy to extra hegemonic US war-Games could be ever difficult for Indian Marxist to agree and bear ,hence, the ever taut Rope WAlking by its Ideologues and grass-Root supporters lest the Rightist of various brands may make them lose as shameful non-starters in a snap parliamentary Poll .So as whatever aura of the ruling claque they have secured as camp-followers of UPA, since, March 2004 disappears by indiscreet confrontations with Bush -Manmoha Singh's various accommodations including the 123 Agreement, that forecloses India's right to testing WMDS if national Interests and its perception demands it.Prickly Realities.D.
