We cannot follow what USA officer will do in the same senario.we have to follow our rules. Now there is a term called HUMANITY AND YOU CAN APPLY THIS THING WITH PRIOPER JUSTIFICATION AND CAUSESLY. For this chiled we can wait for 24 hrs. She can be wiait in lounge ? I have a question for those official if the same things will hapened for any politians relative case?Answer is no. We hope that in such senario they will show much maturity. I feel sory for this girls who suffered this problems due to his parents mistake as well as those officials who behave just like a brutal.

Officers could keep the child and parent under US consulate untill the visa stamped passport arrives or ask US consulate to take care of these people as they hold US citizenship instead of deporting

You are right...the authorities should not be bias but in many cases we find that they are bias and only common man is subjected to the 'actual' rules.

That is because nobody wishes to lose there jobs -- either way. What if the woman and the daughter were made to sit in the lounge for 24 hours. If they had fallen sick then the immigration guys would have been blamed. If they had fled for some reason you know who would be blamed
