In US if this same incident would have occured, with Indian Passport, the officials would have allowed. So stop presuming false notions. The officials in India are hungry for money. I think you didnt read that properly, the Srilankan minister was allowed in a similar kind of situation. Stop criticising the world, we as Indians have lost many of our values.

Mr Jayaprakash and Mr. Chopra, you've got to be some crazy persons. Noone is arrested in US simply because of their appearance and like Jeevan said US has some softer approach to children, or I should say some decency. I am not an Indian anymore but law here in US is equal for everyone. If you both had the option you would change the nationality so let's not argue about loving India and protecting one's Indian origins.

U DONT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND.. THE THING IS I AM ALSO LIVING OUTSIDE INDIA BUT I WILL NEVER CHANGE MY NATIONALITY... AND ANYWAYS ITS OWN CHOICE... BUT THE THING IS NOW U R A US CITIZEN SO U MUST UNDERSTAND THAT IN THIS CASE THE RULES HAVE BEEN BROKEN BY THE LADY SO SHE PAID FOR THAT... BUT ITS NO FAULT OF AUTHORITIES.. SOMETIMES THEY SLEEP AND SOMETIMES THEY WAKE UP... AND NOW WE CANNOT FINGERPOINT THEM AT THEIR APPROACH THIS TIME....
