but people from reserved category who could compete on "merit" with general category would prefer/and would be allowed a seat in general category,
so that their reserved category brethren can get a seat in their respective quota.
Note : If total number of persons to be sent are 10, then as 2.7 persons is not a possible number so it will be rounded off to next multiple of five ( dont ask me why NOT 3, if they knew maths, they would have got a seat on merit itself :D ).
And in the rounding off procedure the seats required for roundoff would be deducted from required ( i mean general ) category.
All the people applying through general category should be more qualified than required for the mission, because apart from doing their own work, they will have to do their reserved category fellow "tourists" share of work as well.
All people applying though general category would be tested for their patience level, so that you can have the capability to take the crap from your reserved counter parts.
Upon successful return from mission, a general category person's performance will be considered at par with fellow reserved one, even if the later did not do anything except taking pics for their kids.
In case mission fails, the blame goes to general category persons, and if people on board loose life, then reserved category ones will be paid more compensation than general ones, because general ones do not need m

This is not fair - Why did you forget our Dalit-Christans and Dalit- Muslims. Please include them also. They changed their religon for better living, financial conditions, but they still proud Dalits. They want best of both - Dalit facilites and religious freedom.

because general ones do not need money, remember all general category ones are rich.
also the blame goes to general category, because past 5000 thousands years general category ones have been exploiting the reserved category. so its their fault, and the blame has to be 100% taken by general ones.
