who is the public you are talking about. Is it just you?

If you'll present some facts and make an argument, then people may listen to what you have to say, even if they may not necessarily agree.

Are you suggesting these politicians dividing our nation in the name of caste and
religion need to have free hand? I dont think so.

If these bozos are so concerned about uplifting poor people - why dont they use people's poverty level as the case for reservation? This Congress Govt. , for al lthe good work it has done on the economic front, has failed the nation.

Well friend as per u helmet rule is a nonsense nd public dont waqnt to accept it but its a fact when somebody wants a good thing with a new law or proposal it faces opposition helmet rule is for safety of daily commuters looking at the no. of accident fatality in road accidents it will provide safety to them although it will initiaally wearing helmet will seem as burden but when it will become life saviour then people will realise this.Govt. does not want to implememt these kind of laws because of vote bank politics nd many times unnecessasry opposition from small section of people who fail to understand or deliberately not want to understand the long term utility of it but judiciary being neutral body cant play in the hands of petty politicians it does best to preserve nd proper functioning of democracy.
