I think this is a good judgement. Affirmatory action shouldne be on basis of birth caste/religion but on the merit of students and their economic conditions. Alternatively for far too long our political parties have been using caste and religion to divide this country without a care for the damage done to the society and the threat to integrity of this country. I wonder if they can be tried in court of law for anti-India activities, working against the interest of the Indian state. They all seem to be commiting such crimes repeatedly. Why is Arjun Singh still free after that dowry case against him ?

For your info, our govt is all set to sponser muslims on the basis of sachar committee report. So, be ready for another partition.
