waise talking about higher educational institutes, does the Madam even know thr full form of IIT, IIM and AIIMS? does she even know the entrance exams which are held for these institutes? and has she ever seen the papers that are set for these competitive exams? i guess very few politicians have either, otherwise they would have known that there is no question in the papers which say 'Are you an OBC? or SC/St - you have the following options to choose from----" etc...
