mumbai police can only eliminate dawood within days if they decide..kill all his associates in encounters..fake or genuine dosent matter as long as he is a criminal...mumbai police did the same to arun gawli in 1996 ..killed all his men and then he was left with no one..
Infact I saw Gawli speaking in media about people not paying Tax, he wanted the government to give them capital punishment. They are Amitab Bachan, Ajay Devgun, Ash and many more.. Now that is called as Liberty of speaking.

encounters is the only way to get rid of criminals...u have say arnd 15 encounters and the remiaing gangsters will autommatically go underground..they say the "the fear of death is more painful than actual death"
