it is better to hand him over to US. he will go straight to Guatanemmo Bay and will be given 3 meals a day, a prayer mat and beads. it is doubtuful if he will ever emerge from that place in a single piece (mentally or physically). else if he is handed over to India, he will be put in Arthur Road jail and the cops will be falling over each other to serve him.
