If Arun Gawali can elect from South Mumbai and become MLA of the state assembly,definately Dawood is eligible to become the CM of Maharashtra....Moreover he is from Minority community....So would be the first choice by Congress fopr the post......Khatre ki Ghanti for Vilasrao Deshmukh

Gawli has faced the trial and served the Punishment awarded to him , let first dawood do the same.
