I've one question to all my non-muslim friends, if Islam is really so bad, why there are so many people converting to Islam? Who is forcing them to embrace Islam in countries like America and other European countires. On an average 20,000 people are converting to Islam every year in U.S. What could be the reason? Instead of bashing the Islam so blindly, why don't you try to figure out why the people all over the world accepting the Islam inspite of being projected in the most negative way? I myself being a muslim, condemn all the voilent acts in the name of religion. I strictly condemn terrorist and terrorism. But i request all to love each and every religion, even Islam teach us to respect each and every religion. I request (the people who are against Islam) to read Holy Quran (with meanings in English) to know the real Islam and it's teachings. Don't visit the sites to enhance your knowledge on Islam because all sites are not authentic, there are many many sites, ofcourse in the name of Islam, but they have wrong information to malign the image of Islam. That's why i suggest to read Holy Quran. I am sure, after you read it with open heart and open mind, you too will get attracted towards Islam. Stop hating each other in the name of religion. Let us wipe out the hatred feelings from our minds and work for the better future of our country.

I have one question to my muslim friends. Why is that in most cases of terrorism, suicide bombings, people who practice islam are involved? What is it that islam preaches which forces these individuals to carry out such henious acts? I must admit I haven't read the Holy Quran. I am sure it preaches all the good affection towards fellow human beings. But, I am at a loss to understand why these fanatics do what they are doing.......surely they must be interpreting it some other way....if so, why can't the enligthened ones in the islam try to bring these fanatics on the right path.

we christians and hindus are open minded people can convert to any where. can one muslime convert they can be killed.keep in your mind within 300 years there will not be any christians in the world. these muslims going to america and marrying christians.they are multiplying the population.christian they dont have any children or time to think about religion.they have to work for living in this world with the one girl we have.

Please clarify my doubts:
Proud Indian Muslim, please tell me if Islam preaches to kill people of the other religion so mercilessly and so brutely. Tell me if you justify the killings of Kashmir Hindus by militants in Kashmir. See if you go there as a mediator and stop that atleast now. Do you think people who attacked Indian Parliament be pardoned??? Do you think frequent blasts in Mumbai and other cities in India is correct??
All these are done by the followers of Islam. Suggest you to start reading Gita and convert to peace loving Hinduism.

Dear Friend, I am not asking you to convert to Islam. I just suggested you to read Holy Quram (to only those who are against Islam) to know the true teachings of Islam. As far as the wrong doings are concerned, which you mentioned above, i condemn all those barbaric acts, the culprits should not be pardoned but should be hanged in pulbic. YES, they must be hanged in public. Nobody have the right to kill. The people who are doing this are the misguided youth. Good and bad exists in each and every religion, but it doesn't give us the license the to blame the entire community.

Hi Wellwisher, Well said...Hats off to you..i am a Christian i belive in loving people not by religion but by their nature..anyway in Bible it says we are nobody to hate anybody and we dont have any right to hate anybody forgive and love all. Hope all these people who have gone out of their way to be terrorists and create terrosim in world come in track of life. I pray to God to give them revelation of what is true and be a part of this world.God give strenght and good thoughts to all these people who are acting this way of terrorism that they stop their activities and be a good person.

That's OK. Your religion should not come in the way of your social connections. The big problem with major/most Muslims is that they expect everybody to love & respect their religion. Why can't your way of belief should be yours only? Why you expect (either you express in words or not) anybody to get inclined to your religion. All the problems in world at present are due this kind of mindset. That mindset is the donation of so called preachers (gurus, maulvis, etc.), peers / family elders. Nobody teaches you just to believe on the God, the way you like. If everybody (of any sect, any religion) can at least try to restrict themselves to their way of believe, then I think about 70% of problem would be over. We are not maligning the Islam, but the way major Muslims think & act. Lastly, just tell where I can get the real version of the Holy Quran. Honestly, I%u2019m interested to go through that to enhance my learning. Best wishes.

If Islam and Quran Teaches so much of love towards Mankind, then why the Muslims are not following it!!! Since the major mass doesnot follow, its very obvious that others feel that This is what this religion is all about!
Instead of asking others to read, ask your Muslim Brothers(like Kafeel, Davood Ibrahim, Abu Salem, Bin Laden etc.,) to read it first...If at all Quran teach about Peace, Love and whatever.Then we also would be proud of U, Unlike the way we are suspecious about u now...

it is because of the basic lust of human being, the greed to marry many women and have sex with few more, the power given by islam to rule over the weak, the power given by your religion to kill the innocent, the power given to have sex with female child like your mohemmed had with iysha at a tender age of 9. it is the right given to a criminal to proove that he is innocent refering his religion, it is the male domination and a story of lust and nothing but lust that drives non muslims to joim this dirty religion.
