Really? What a great idea! Let us also enable such as a setup for the IT worker who got arrested for domestic violence, the Bank manager for misappropriating funds, and the rickshaw puller for some other petty crime. Let them be escorted to their "work place". I am sure even they are not interested in farming, tailoring and cooking. What exactly is the jail term for? If he really deserves it, he needs to feel the pain and redeem himself. The idea is NOT to make his stint in the slammer an enjoyable and memorable experience!

by your argument, Shibu Soren should be made the Coal Minister again. A Central Minister too is capable of earning loads of money. Kudos to your efforts about Policing and Corruption.
