This is great news....send all our Politicians, corrupt uneducated govt. officers (who are doing job because they belong to lower cast rather than merit) to Jail.
All of them will start studying for exams....
but i think even this will not work....these corrupt people will ry and get teh exam paper...hahahahaha

why only lower castes and not upper castes. They are the one who spoiled the nation very much as they were in power since 1947.
