He is not innocent. He know what he did. Due politics he was discharge from TADA charges. Person who brings weapon to his house is guilty under tada and person who taken back weapons from him are guilty under tada than why not Mr. Dutt. Second thing he kept some AK 56 for perssonal use for self defence without knowledhe of law in India. Though he got licence weapon with him. Further he has failed to inform police about weapon he kept at his residence by criminals. And house was not other than than Congress Member of parliament late shri sunil Dutt. A M.P. also not informed law authority about this. member of parliament has better apprach to police and could have asked for safety and security for family if there were any threat to the. But case seems other way. politics saves from being declaring anti national. He must get much stiffer punishment than what he got.

My fellow Indians,

With that I mind, I would encourage all to support this petition designed to implement the SriKrishna Report.

Even in his adolescent days he used to fire gun shots in the air at Pali Hills and terrorise Pali hill residents.
