Around 2 yrs back, I visited Mukherjee Nagar one day and saw around 41 cars with VIP no. outside Malhotra's house. When asked one shopkeeper near his house about cars, he told me about Malhotra,he told me he his a DDA kingping. When every body knew about him and the clues were available in public,What law agencies were doing?....I am sure he will be out as nexus between him and politicians is evident. VVIP no.s and spacially single digit VVIP No. are only issued by CM or the Transport minister directly. Its not easy for anyone to obtain the single digit VVIP NO. even if Person recommended by any MLA or minister.
