Why should people who lack logic and common sense be allowed to publish here. This is a legal issue. Read the law (Indian or even of US; as basics are going to be same). No civil society can live without rule of law whatever problems system might have. Law of the country should be above everyone, even Mahatma Gandhi himself). If you can do something to improve the system do it, at least don't suggest the disintegration. No one is saying that it is a wrongful conviction, the sentence is according to statute.
