Seriously both the sides announcements cannot be right. Also for the deal to stick, there must be strong compliance to the hyde act (atleast for the US side). Another thing that is strange is that so many journalist's / media on the indian side proclaiming victory when the text has not even been released. I wonder how they know or who released enough information for them to come to such a conclusion. Where is the objectivity of the media when we see the entire opposition strangely silent on this issue which is indicative of serious misgivings on this treaty.
