i think what article says is right, except that one should understand what are prisons meant for- correction facilities- now who you want to correct- sanjay dutt- why don%u2019t you correct mulayam singh who made life of almost all UP citizens a misery for five years- why don%u2019t you prison amitabh, who did fraud by acquiring the land of farmers for pleasure-

why don%u2019t everybody understand that when Sanjay dutt asked for the ak-57, mumbai was going through tough times and he wanted to protect his family as his father was secular and a congressman- to protect from so called shiv-sena-
the only thing he did wrong was to take law in his hand, but then why the public clap when a hero do it in a movie- mumbai police was not trustworthy that time- and so he acquired a gun- he has two sisters- right?

what about salman khan how in influence killed many- why didn%u2019t you write something about that- why didnt you write about sharad pawar because of his connections with sugar lobby- farmers are committing suicide- do you want more examples-

a person who already apologized may times even wept, and did so many good works- why you want to punish him- -WHY?

but they didnt do good work and neither they intended, i should say carefully examine circumsatnces of every indidvidual- the court did so- and even judge kode said that -i m helpless, i cant help you anymore (it means he thinks sanjay has to be punished just to save the image of justice-even if it will not serve the greater good-

Hello there. What good work did he do ? Making millions and then spending few hundreds on people or showing to the public that he cares for his crew ( in front of news camera !) . If his family goes to supreme court to free him then the guys who helped him to destroy tne guns should be pardoned first. That will be fair treat.but unfortunately (!) that is not going to happen. Those guys do not have connections with Sonia Gandhi or other high level Congress leaders . and our Sanjubaba (so called Believer in Gandhiji ) wiil be out.

i think they should be pardoned, they were just helping a friend in need- and how many people you know make millions and spend a few for others? i know a lot who dont-
i agree with ur viewpoint that he has connections, but do you know something about ARMS act - millions in UP and bihar are out on bail for 5000rs- its not a very serious offence- sanjay was not making guns or doing business, he just bought one for his protection- not to kill- do you know what self-protection means- his friends helped him so that he will not get in mess with Mumbai police- do you think if sunil dutt was with Shiv sena- even your prosecutor - nikkam- would not have touched sanjay- do you agree that Sunil dutt was not doing wrong for being with congress- end it yaar-

Hello again.....Pl read following HTML ( Transripts of the tape , tel talk between Sanjubaba & Chhota Shakil ). This occured in year 2002 . If Sanjubaba had little remorse about his wrong deeds, he would not have kept contacts with Underworld But being son of Sunil Dutt , influential congress leader , he did not care bet right & wrong. He might have thought with money & influence he can buy anybody. and most of the time it is true. But unfortunetly this time he had to face Justice Pramod Kode. It was his bad luck....Pl open this...http://www.mumbai-central.com/nukkad/jul2002/msg01622.html) . Let me know what u think ?

It bill be a better argument to arrest the ppl of UP and Bihar who r carrying unauthorized arms then releasing sanyay dutt. If we r not able to allow few ppl from wrong doing that does not mean that allow every one to do that.
