If Sanjay Dutt goes unpunished.. then It will be proved that there is no law in India> He should be thankful that Judge Kode just gave him 6 years and not death sentence

Ms.Manjula, Dutt was sentenced not for plantingh bomb, but for posseing AK47 ilegaly,Our country law does not permit you to have this. If he had planted bomb sentence was much more. I think your are educated to understand this!

Nobody caught him in action or seen him plant any bomb or kill any one then why should Mr. Sanjay Dutt beo punished? The law punishes the criminal on the act committed and on eye witness basis then where were those people who claim from roof tops that Mr. Sanjay Dutt should be punished, standing or watching the scene? Why did they not catch him redhanded? or why did they not come forward to stop this inhuman act? When nobody has seen Mr. Sanjay Dutt with arms or bombs or in action, whyo should he be punished? There are many murders committed and the criminal is left scot-free because of lack of witness then why are such criminals left 'Free'? Daily, there are many such murderers & criminals put them too in jail for 6 years or more. Open their criminal record too Mr. Shenoy. You will really do a good job for the society and help catch many criminals and keep Mumbai clean of criminals or murderers. To start with, please start from Bihar then come and open Mumbai files. Ok? If you succeed in doing this surely Mumbai people will garland you for this great act. Do you have the guts to do this? Writing is EASY. Working on it is very important. So, please start your work Mr. Shenoy and stop writing such articles.

Tresa, you seem to be in blind love with Sanjay Dutt.Please keep it up but do not expect law of the land to be amended to suit your emotions and sentiments,.Ok.... Had anybody seen Ranga and Billa raping and killing Sanjay and Geeta Chopra of Delhi.Culprits were hanged.

The senseless fellow had contacts with underworld dadas. In fact he demanded AK56 from them; and that is more than sufficient to get punished under the law of this nation.
