Your reading is at terrible fault here, Mr. Vikas. A bout of Reading Comprehension exercises would help. There's something called "tone" in writing. And you should get that, to completely understand !!
By quiestioning the media's intent in going overboard on Sanjay-reporting, Mr.Shenoy is not trying to draw attention to himself, unlike what your limited and HIGHLY PREJUDICED understanding implies; on the contrary he's merely stating, 'yes, the media is unnecessarily going overboard'.
