Trust TVR to come up with one sided views! There are limits to sycophancy to the paymasters too. Sanjay Dutt's case highlights if anything the lack of action on the Srikrishna Commission report and when thugs of the Sangh Parivar who brought down the Babari Masjid have yet to be handed their sentences. This also seems a very long way off it at all. Sanjay was not involved in actively placing bombs or leading rampaging and crazed/frenzied mobs. He was not found like G Munde with a pistol in his possession with a discharged shell. He was not guilty of any leave alone excessive force like the 'tyagis' etc of the police force.
So if he can get sentenced so severely purely on having in his possession a weapon to defend his family when the police has shown a high level of 'efficiency' during the riots which makes the rest of us hang our heads in shame then what should be the sentence of Lal A, Bal T and Gopi M?

Guess you are presuming a lot, rather than focussing just on the merits or lack of it of the case. There are innuerable cases pending including those of politicians belonging to all hues. That does not mean that no one else should be tried and punished until all the politicians are done so!! How so stupid to even contemplate such things!! Just imagine, if one of your near and dear ones were affected, and there was a relatively speedier trial of the case punishing the accused, would you be still shouting fom this forum that punish sarpotedar, and munde, and bal thanckrey before the guilty in your case? If you got the answer, just shut up. Please dont waste space on this forum if you have not really thought about this. There is no harm acknowledging a truth a truth and your ego should not come in the way of a true answer to my question. Howeve, we can always disagree. regards.
