Yah I acept it, day-by-day population is increasing in India compared torest of the world.

Also, the IT sector is in boom,
if in 2003 - 1 lakh employees
2004 - 1.5 lakh employees
2005 - 2 lakh employees
2006 - 2.5 lakh employees

then it is not a surprising report.

also IT sector is directly linked with foreigners, the Indian culture too may have diminished. this too may be one of the reason.

also the major cause in the IT field is the work time..WORK TIME...

all the MNC's including infy, wipro,satyam,tcs, and all put the employees(decently) but COOLIES and suck them...I think I shuldn't have chose IT field, it is something i hate it.

Hi,
IT secor people are exposed to so much outside world, on click button everthing is available. Know one is leaving for love,afection, trust, nothing......... its all about cheating, nothing else... There i sno relationship values. No true love
