Look around if you are working in IT company. Look for 10 guys and also 10 girls. And try to judge his/her nature only by looking. For the matter of making easy just categorize on ATTITUDE. Your observation will have more percentage of girls have bad attitude. Even a girls observation will also have this opinion.
Boys are always ready for compromise but girls are not. See also expectation side. Always female side has more expectation from male side. Expecting something is where all these dissatisfaction things start.
Girl things about other girl that other girl should be of smaller grade than herself. But Boy things that he should of Greater grade than his competitor.
Not all girls are of these types. I am pointing girls working in a ITs n BPO. Just for the sake of survey stand in front of gate of IT company. U will notice the difference. IT Girls always try to look different than other.(one reason may be... Girls dont have good sense of cloths) A boy always try to look common as that of other.

You are absolutely correct . I think we should not grand more IT opportunites to girls . If so it's going to destroy our sacred culture and tradition

I disagree with your title. Not all working have attitude problems, mostly the ones in IT.

I guess the problem is that girls can't digest other girls getting more preference. It is human, but girls have more tendency to do so. So,if they see lack of attention at office, they slwly concentrate to regain it thus losing the interest/getting tired for home obligations. And in majority of office situations, ego takes the lead. I'm a girl and i have an experience of female boss ruining my peace just coz of ego problems. Well, girls are misunderstood in some ways but in many ways, they are tough to be understood!
I apologise to all girls, if I was a bit harsh ! but let's face the truth!
