Since the IT industry is paying lot of money for their staff, they should also include Stay-in-Marriage Perk for married couple. After all both husband and wife working for money only. They are not working to save the world. So let the industry give them a break by giving them Stay-in-Marriage Perk. Any thoughts?

I understand that the companies are trying to increase the working hours and also improve the utilization rate ( reduction in hollidays ) .. all this to counter the weak dollar .. Employer will care a shit about your personal life ..

True. I read some where that companies want people to work on Saturdays as well. Previously, i guess, 5 work days..ie work at least 6 days a week. Now 6 work days, that is work all 7 days a week.
Companies should counter weak dollar by moving their operations out of Bombay, bangalore and chennai to smaller cities.
