shame on indian judicary system
by binu sam on Aug 01, 2007 01:59 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Two court verdits contraditry style.

One -- a person sentenced to jail for six years for just keeping a gun with him. he did no harm to anybody with his weapon. still he is sentenced to jail. neither his past shows he is a criminal.
Even then yesterdays court decision to sentence sanjay for six years was justifiable and a welcome decision since he kept gun against law.
Today the court has acquitted Madani since the prosecution failed to proove he was involved. Dear repectable judge please go through his past criminal records which prooves he had and will do such criminal activities.
So were is justise.

Its really shame on the Judiciary for releasing a known terrorist scot free. Now God knows what is on his mind. Our state(Kerala) is already plagued with enough problems, read fever, chicken gunya, floods etc and I wonder we have another problem for the state to combat with.

The fault in this case is probably the govt. which did not place all the proofs before the court.

The court can not make a verdict on information which is available from outside but is not placed by the prosecution.

Yes there is that point too; but not only that point.

There was enough material to send him for 14 years if the state really tried.
