Even if he has been convicted he would already have spent his time in jail. But his acquittal proves that he was and he is an innocent person and who was victimized by the nexus of Police and the Politicians. Now who is going to pay for his lost 9 valuable years in jail? In what way the government or police is going to compensate for it? 9 long years are too valuable in once small life and Madhani should fight back for compensating his lost years.
Coming Sanjay%u2019s case it is strange that I have never seen a top politician getting sentence like what Sanjay Dutt got. The whole issue of Sanjay Dutt getting weapons and keeping with him was a result of the cycle riots and violence ignited by the politicians by demolishing Babri Masjid and then igniting the communal violence which resulted in the serial Bombay blasts and then the worst communal violence unleashed by these Saffron brigand in Bombay. Why the politicians like Advani,Uma Bharati, Kalyan Singh,Sarpotdar etc are not sentenced who are the root cause of that cycle of violence and grave destruction. Why they are let off and why innocent people like Madhani and Sanjay Dutt are being targeted?

Also, please add whole lot of other politicians from various parties before adding the name of advani...
