Two verdicts
by bharat on Aug 01, 2007 02:21 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Madany was a well known criminal with police charged cases for conspiracy and and creating communal hatress, for proving this just only listen one of the cassets sold out in Middle east and Kerala of his speaches are just enough.
He was under construction to build a fort like fecility for training militants and he was having militant organisation and armed traing camps all over Kerala. many arms and ammunitions captured from his fecilities too.
But our politician do any dirty thing to get vote, Madani was holding some vote banks splited from muslim leage, so CPM and congress competing to protect and provide help for him and in Kerala assembly they unanimasly passed resolution to save Madani.

People of Kerala expected this verdict bcos either LDF or UDF in power kerala police never provide any evidence against him. Similarly Thamilnad DMK too. so its simple a terrorist is free for the sake of votebank politics.

Last day we seen the verdict of Sanjay Dutt, even he was not a criminal or any criminal records against him, but he did the offence to possesion of weapon. Police provided all clear cut evidence to the judge to convict him.

Now wait and watch Kerala politics.

Well thats funny. For a crime that took place in TN, how are the Kerala police to come up with evidence or do you mean they didnt provide necessary support to fabricate them. And what was stopping the TN police from coming to Kerala n investigate?

Anti Madani rhetorics aside, the real question should be raised at the Indian judiciary. If an undertrial has to spent 9 years in jail and then the trial happens and he is acquitted, who will give him back the 9 years of his life? Food for thought?

who will bring back the lives which were lost due to the communal riots spread by the hatred speech of 'Secular' Madani.
And to ur question -what was stopping the TN police from coming to Kerala n investigate?
- The simplest of answers would be
1) Madani is a 'Secular' Muslim Terrorist
2) Wears a 'Cap' and has a grown beard.
Same reason holds true for Kerala police (Politicians) also.
