For this you can blame Chief Election Commissioner. He should not approve such candidate,s application or govt.must brign ordinace against criminal candidates.( How can they bring? Most of the elected perople are facing criminal cases against them)

you cannot do that because none of the cases have been proved in court.
The problem is even genuine candidates will have cases against them because of greedy opponents who want to harass them. So how can you tell the difference between a genuine candidate who has false cases against him, and a criminal who has true cases against him?
