It shows the depth that SP and Congress will go to grab a larger share of Muslim vote.
For both of them, Muslim vote is the key. The dispute is not on development but on what to call the Babri Masjid - A Masjid or a Structure.
None of them is concerned about real issues which affect the voters and hence capable to handle them.
