As our president is a Indian-Tamilian, Greek president sould have greeted him either in Tamil or English. Why the hell he greeted him in a language which is not understood by him.

dear pjrs,
for your kind information Kalam's father and sanskrit scholar of Rameshwaram (T N) are close friends and by the same person Kalam sir has learnt Sanskrit after attending 7 years of classes. Please read his biography before you come to any conclusion. And more over, if one does not understand that language even then it will be known as Indian language. Greeting in one nation's language is the best respect any civilized can give.

because APJ was not representing Tamilnadu, he was representing INDIA and more in the context of ANCIENT CIVILISATION. No body in this world would like to dispute on the fact that SANSKRIT is the ancient most language in the world

APR, on what basis did you say Tamils are not Indians & Hindus??.If we are not Indians do you think current president of India will be President?? who happens to be born in Tamil Nadu
What about the rich Hindu heritage in the form of the temple you find all over Tamil Nadu?? do you think they are built by Muslims???
The Tamilians of Sri Lanka have problem in Sri Lanka not in India, it's nothing to do with India and also with People of Tamil Nadu(Expect few vote bank politicians). In Tamil Nadu People don't give a DAME about this.
