The actual meaning is " Mr.President, Welcome to Greece" (Yavana Desh is country of greece in olden days)

I agree with you buddy!
I learnt sanskrit for a couple of years (never got chance to use it though). Poor guys at rediff, don't expect them to know Sanskrit.
