the solution to Kashmir
1. Let the present border be the permanent line of control.
2. Wage a war and wait for the final results.
3. Merge India and Pakistan, with Muslims peacefully on one side and Hindus on one side, with 2 prime Ministers and 1 President.

everyone knows on ground level nothing is going to happen, no matter how many solutions are provided
