You shpuld know that if it would have turn nuke anyway Sardar Mohammad Adbul Qayyum Khan was unable to say this statement now. If india use only one neuclear warhead of the capacity the whole pakistan will turn to graveyard in moments. If pakistan even think of putting a missile with a Nuclear warhead on India the same moment Pakistan will turn to Graveyard. India has Technology to detect any Incomming Missile fron 500 KM or less, this allows Indian to Stop the Missile as it fet Launched from the pakistan teritory anywhere. Pakistan don't have these advanced technology, even India will ahve home grown Anti Missile system but Pakistan can't think of the same.
