the journalist himself claims that '.....Sohrabuddin was a big goon in Rajasthan, involved in extorting ransom from big marble merchants and rich builders. My sources in Gujarat police claimed that some Rajasthan-based people arranged for Rs 2 crore supari (contract killing) for killing Sohrabuddin. But the stage was set in Gujarat, instead of Rajasthan...'
This proves that he was a extortionist/mafia .
eliminating him did no harm ,it only was good for india.
mumbai cops many times eliminate mafia dons in similar 'encounters'.they get awarded.
Fake encounters are neccessary in this country because if they arrest such people, these people hire good lawyers, witnesses against them turn hostile due to threats/bribe and the court is unable to punish them. so within few weeks these people are back in business.
people dont care how mafia is eliminated. legally or illegaly .it makes no difference to the common man.

Yes eliminating them is a good idea but to put a tag of "Lashkar-e-Tayiba" is not right......if you have to eliminate; do it boldly....why to relate it with some terrorist organisation??....."Cowardsssssssss"

bheja fry your bheaja is really fry. you do not understand that this supari was given to police. police has not eliminated him because he was goon. in india police protects goon and troubles normal citizen. But when they got an offer they created a story and killed him. sohrabudeen was a goon ok. his wife was not. what about that poor police informer tulsi! he was a hindu too. may you feel shame about your comments now.

so have a fake encounter saying that he was a goon who was escaping. why call him a terrorist and why say that he wanted to kill modi. by doing these things they are pushing the muslims more towards extremism.
