Q. She says "Forget modi, he killed a 1000 and i feel sad he didnt do more." A. So is this an admission that the terrorists have succeeded in their mission to make others like them? If you do the same thing what the terrorists are doing then you also become a terrorist. Its about values and not about body counts. So if the terrorists are able to induce their values in the Indian leaders then they are successful not the Indians. I want to ask you a simple question. The people who got killed at Godhra were Indians. The people who got killed after that were also Indians. And you rejoice the killing of so many fellow Indians? Where is your sense of nationality? Be Indian first. Not a hindu or a muslim. Do you even know the meaning of being Indian? Do you know about the values India is based on?
I did not see you or your kind open your mouth when thousands of people got killed in kashmir? Who are you addressing it to ? The muslims or the hindus ? because majority of the people caught in the conflict are Indian muslims. Majority of the people killed there are Indian muslims. Suddenly somewhere far in delhi some idiot jinnah and some xyz decide to break the country into two. Kashmir get divided, families are broken. brother cannot meet brother. Who were those people to draw a line in their lives?
"Get a reality check done and then tell me how your brothers and sisters are above the law in kashmir where they have massacared thousands and displaced lakhs." kashmir problem is a political problem. its not a religious one. People are not demanding freedom to be muslims, they want a solution to the problem. they are sick of games between Indian and Pakistan

I concur. Somewhere down the line, people seem to have forgotten that the fundamental issue with this news report is not the religion of the person who died, but that of the police overstepping its powers. There have to be checks and balances for a democracy to function. The police cannot randomly shoot anybody it thinks is an LeT millitant. Tomorrow that random shot could be aimed at you. Maybe because you looked suspicious. Or maybe you ran from the police (a crime, but not one warranting use of deadly force). I read a report a yr or so ago of a person got beaten up for calling an ACP a hawaldar. I mean, they are enforcers of the law, not a law unto themselves.

So you mean that the Indian society will follow the example of bangladesh and pakistan ? Or are we different ? We cannot compare and do the same things that happenes in Pakistan or bangladesh becasue if we have a long term vision of India as a super power we have to follow the principles of democracy and law. We cannot cut India into pieces. If we behave like terrorists then it is a moral victory for the terrorists and a great loss to the Indian values. We are India we are not Pakistan or bangladesh.
