1.Sohrabuddin seems to be gangster and extortionist.his elimination is good for india.his death will have eased the suffering of his victims.so no need to shed tears for him.
2.but we need to ask why his wife was killed. a. was she involved in his criminal activities? b. was it not possible to eliminate just him and to arrest her? we must make sure that she was not abused before being killed. the dead bodies must be recovered and a full forensic analysis needs to be done. if it becomes evident that she was abused ,then the criminals should be punished.
3. we need to understand the motive of the policement in eliminating sohrabuddin. a.did they do it out of patriotism ? b.or did they do it because they took supari from businessmen who were threatened by sohrabuddin.
if its case 'a' then fine , if it raises case 'b' then its dangerous because then police can then kill anyone by taking supari,even innocent people.( once they get addicted to it) Police should be doing their job without taking money.only then the encounter/elimination can be considered genuine . otherwise its a supari and police end up becoming criminals themselves.
only a full investigation will reveal the truth and the guilty must be punished. this is not a religious issue.this is a justice issue.

I belive the answer of 3 is b unfortunately. Moreover teh purpose was to make Modi a hero and malign an entire community and to divide the people, spread hatred etc. Even if it were a. it cannot be condoned . Because where will this lead to. Any one can be killed , absolute anarchy, no law and order. We have to remember that two wrongs do not make a right.

what law & order u r talking about? If person is criminal there sould be immediate justice. Look at the recent case of Bangladesh. 12 suspected person of Al quada were hung to death.No govt, should wait for the justice. Why afzal is not being hang up. Justice should be given without looking at from caste or religion he belongs to.
