I hear Arjun Singh, our distinguished HRD minister, already has detailed plans for how the reservations will be applied for this great university.
He has assured that the open category will get no less than 0.00001%.
My point is its the people - teachers, good politicians and students - that make a university great and not just a name. May be Nalanda is still not ready to be revivied. Do we want to say the name Nalanda with respect or with disgust?
