Please celibrate by denouncing a line of colonial racial measurements, and devide policy that resulted in quota.
The muslim quota noise and attack on Gandhi suceeded, land of pure was created.
But meantime a lot has been changed, the Jews are no longer measured according to old european principles, so the colonial descriptions of India must change. India doesn;t have to be a eternal fight between biblical races of aryan and dravidian.
Let IITK students denounce it, and have a minute of peace to throwout the colonial violence, where they pitted people against people since Gandhi's time.
