Only few days back PM was advising caution to Judiciary ! We know now who needs cautionary advise to do their job properly. It is PM who should have exercised caution so that he does not receive second slap on his face and premanent damage to country's unity by giving the feeling to other casts that Congress does not care for them and that it is shameless to have given supreme court a survey of 1931 and that while Congress can go on dividing and fooling the people of this country, their rotten ways can only be stopped by judiciary. Well PM , now who needs advice ? UPA or judiciary ?

When ever congress is in power it is known fact that they dont care for any constitutional authority like president office, supreme court and election commision etc.,
They want these authorities should function in way congress rulers think. During indira gandhi period there was absolutely no democracy!!!. But now things may look rosy but have changed and improved. Congress is not able to stomach these changes, they again want control over these judicial bodies.

Ofcourse, it is only the judiciary that needs constant advise. I will strongly recommend the Supreme court to join the UPA. Than they can have the benefit of being guided by the great St. Sonia Gandhi.
