Srilankan government had been bobing tamils for decades in the last six months alone over 100 times tamil people were bombed, in return LTTE had only two sorties. world was blaming LTTE for sucide attack because it was unethical . but the same world didnt see over 300,000 tamils killed by the sinhala forces as unethical. or 1 millions tamils displaced by state terrorism as un ethical. therefore tamils had to fund LTTE bring their military capability to ethical level. it proves Tamils need to act according to world ethical rule.
