Mufti says voilence reduced and there is need for reduction in army. Who reduced the voilence, Mufti ??? It is army who have given their lives to control the terrorists and now you are telling them to get out now ??? Even if army has to reduce its presence it has to come with a proper investigation of ground realities there. And not becaue mufti is saying.
