I think 40% reservation for muslims does not make any sense, because not even 40% of them have any interest towards studies. First the muslims should decide what do they actually want in life. If they want to go to Pakistan, let them go. no questions asked. If they believe india is their country, then we must take steps to reduce the impact of madrassas and give them formal education, which would benefit them in the long run.
