but please remember the SC has also said it would examine the plea for refrering the matter to a constitution bench. if such reference is allowed, what decision the larger bench would take is not taken. i think all rejoicing is premature. we must wait and watch at least for a few weeks.

The court will examine the facts.The govt is trying to fix the match without framing the rules & has paid heavy price for that.No one wish to deny seats to really needy who can't compete against the elite but the facts are that all benefits of reservations are now going to well off class in the reserved communities.It will be good for the nation if full bench do the final rites of this issue or else these scoundrels will continue to take the nation for a ride.The crowd of 550 jokers can't declare war against the constitution.
